Offline folders
Files are downloaded on demand and uploaded as you make changes, but if you expect to need some files when the server is out of reach, configure directories for offline use. Once marked, the folder syncs in the background and remains available with no network.
Foreground sync triggers immediately when you open the directory; background sync runs when iOS gives the app time. Partial downloads resume from where they left off rather than restarting after a connection drop. Sync failures generate a notification so you don't discover them only when you reach for the file.
Pin individual files for offline use too, with the Keep Downloaded toggle on the Manage screen.
